Plans change — we get it. With 0% advance on most bookings, cancelling or rescheduling with Poonia Movers is simple and transparent.
Most Poonia Movers bookings are confirmed with 0% advance payment. If you have paid no advance, you can cancel your booking free of charge any time before the truck and crew are dispatched — just call or WhatsApp us at +91 85292 06001.
For intercity or large commercial moves where a token advance was taken:
Need a different date? Reschedule once free of charge up to 24 hours before your move, subject to slot availability. Additional reschedules may carry a nominal vehicle-holding charge, confirmed in writing before you agree.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI / bank transfer). You will receive written confirmation on WhatsApp and email when the refund is initiated.
If Poonia Movers fails to arrive within the confirmed time window without prior notice, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the final bill or a free reschedule — your choice. Force-majeure events (extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions) are excluded.
Damage claims are handled under our transit insurance process (coverage up to ₹10 lakh on insured moves). Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp for fastest resolution.
