Share your pickup and drop locations on call or WhatsApp. For homes above 2 BHK we do a free video survey — you walk us through your rooms on a video call. You get a written fixed quote the same day. What we quote is what you pay. 0% advance to confirm.
On moving day our trained crew arrives with professional packing material: corrugated sheets, air-bubble wrap, foam edge guards, stretch film and waterproof lamination. TVs get custom wooden crating, mattresses get sealed covers. Every carton is labelled room-wise.
Heavy furniture goes first against the truck wall, anchored with straps. Fragile cartons ride on top, never crushed. Our crew chief photographs the loaded truck and shares it with you before the doors close.
You get live GPS tracking on WhatsApp for the entire journey. The driver follows the planned route (NH-48 / NH-52 corridors for intercity moves) and our control room monitors progress. For intercity moves you also get the driver's direct number.
At destination, every carton is checked against the inventory list as it comes off the truck. Beds and basic furniture are reassembled free, cartons are unpacked on request, and packing debris is taken away. You sign off only when everything is in place.
