Terms and Conditions — Poonia Movers Jaipur

Poonia Movers operates under a transparent 0% advance booking policy. 0% is charged upon initial slot reservation. 80% of the agreed freight invoice is payable upon packing completion and loading onto our transport vehicle at your origin. The remaining 20% balance is settled upon arrival and unloading at destination prior to final handover.

In compliance with Indian Motor Vehicles Act and transport regulations, we do not transport hazardous or illegal goods including inflammable liquids (petrol, diesel, kerosene, LPG cylinders), explosives, firearms, contraband substances, perishable food items without temperature control, loose cash, fine jewelry, bullion, and sovereign identity documents.

Transit insurance is underwritten by national general insurance providers. Goods must have declared valuation prior to dispatch. Transit insurance covers road vehicular accidents, overturning, fire, collision, and total loss during highway movement. It does not cover internal mechanical failure of electronics or pre-existing structural defects.

Any transit breakage or damage must be endorsed directly on the physical Consignment Copy (Bilty) at the time of unloading in the presence of our supervisor. The formal written claim must be lodged within 48 hours to pooniamovers.com@gmail.com accompanied by unboxing photographs and inventory receipts.

Clients may reschedule or cancel their booked shifting date free of charge by notifying us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled packing slot. Since 0% advance is collected, there are zero forfeiture deductions for advance notice rescheduling.

Our binding quote covers standard floor lifts and carries up to 50 meters. If a destination building lacks an elevator (above 2nd floor), requires manual carry beyond 50 meters, or necessitates professional crane/rope-pulling for oversized furniture (e.g. king sofa or marble table), standard nominal labor surcharges will be quoted upfront.

Vehicles must have minimum fuel (under 5 liters) for loading/unloading safety. Valid RC copy, insurance certificate, and pollution check (PUC) must be provided. An exhaustive pre-loading inspection sheet recording existing dents, scratches, and odometer reading is signed by both parties.

All contracts, bills of lading, and freight agreements issued by Poonia Movers & Logistics are governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the civil jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
